2014年是保險(xiǎn)業(yè)具有歷史性意義的一年。8月，國務(wù)院發(fā)布了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見》，對新時(shí)期保險(xiǎn)業(yè)改革、發(fā)展和監(jiān)管進(jìn)行了全面部署，提出了加快建設(shè)世界保險(xiǎn)強(qiáng)國的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。10月，國務(wù)院辦公廳出臺(tái)了《國務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于加快發(fā)展商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的若干意見》，第一次從深化醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革、發(fā)展健康服務(wù)業(yè)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)提質(zhì)增效升級的高度，定位商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的功能作用。這兩個(gè)重要文件的出臺(tái)，翻開了中國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)加快發(fā)展和走向騰飛的新篇章，在中國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展史上具有里程碑意義。
一年來，在黨中央、國務(wù)院的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在復(fù)雜困難的形勢下，堅(jiān)持抓服務(wù)、嚴(yán)監(jiān)管、防風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、促發(fā)展，各項(xiàng)工作扎實(shí)推進(jìn)，改革發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)了重大跨越。面向未來，保險(xiǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)站在新的發(fā)展起點(diǎn)上。

2014 has been a historic year for the insurance industry. In August, the State Council publicized Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Modern Insurance Service Industry, putting forward a blueprint for insurance reform, development and regulation in the new situation for the strategic goal of building a world-class insurance industry. Two months later, the State Council issued Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Commercial Health Insurance, unprecedentedly defining the important role of commercial health insurance in deepening medical and health system reform, developing health service industry and economic upgrading. These two groundbreaking, leaf-turning documents were milestones in the history of the Chinese insurance industry.
During the past year, under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the insurance industry has made a historic stride forward and is now embracing a future of new development, seeing steady progress in service, regulation, risk control and growth.
